Who is authorised, who is accountable, and exactly what is guaranteed in writing when you travel from Ireland for dental treatment with DentalTrip.
Quick answer
Since 2025, Turkey's Regulation on International Health Tourism requires clinics treating foreign patients to hold a Ministry of Health authorisation certificate and agencies to be authorised intermediaries. DentalTrip and its partner clinics hold both. In addition, every implant, zirconia crown, E-max and porcelain veneer we plan is covered by a written lifetime warranty against failure under normal use, backed jointly by DentalTrip and the treating clinic.
Certifications and authorisations
Authorised health tourism intermediary (USHAŞ)
DentalTrip operates as an authorised intermediary agency, with English-speaking staff, 24/7 patient support and contracted authorised clinics as required by Turkish law.
Licensed travel agency partner (TÜRSAB)
Flights, hotels and transfers are arranged through a licensed Turkish travel agency, as the regulation requires.
Dental Council registered dentists
Every dentist who treats you is registered with the Turkish Dental Association and licensed by the Ministry of Health.
ISO-standard sterilisation
Instrument tracking, autoclave logs and single-use materials. Patients are welcome to see the sterilisation room.
Written lifetime warranty
Implants, zirconia, E-max and porcelain work guaranteed for life under normal use, backed by DentalTrip and the clinic jointly.
Certificate copies are shown to every patient before booking and are available on request. Certificate numbers are not published online to prevent misuse by third parties.
The lifetime warranty, in plain English

What keeps it valid

What it does not cover
- Trauma, accidents and sports injuries
- New decay or gum disease from neglected hygiene
- Changes made by another dentist without consulting us first
- Flights and hotels for a warranty visit (we assist, and cover them in cases of clinical fault)

Who is accountable
DentalTrip is a dental travel agency and an authorised intermediary. The clinic that treats you is a separate, Ministry of Health authorised legal entity, and your treating dentist is personally licensed. Your warranty certificate names all three, so there is never a question of who to call. We are the first number; we stay on the line until it is resolved.
Warranty and safety questions
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Fracture or debonding of crowns, veneers and bridges, and failure of implants, under normal use for life, provided you attend an annual check-up and hygiene visit with us or your dentist in Ireland. Trauma, neglect and new decay are excluded, as with any dental warranty.
What certifications do you hold?
Our partner clinics hold the Turkish Ministry of Health International Health Tourism Authorisation Certificate, and DentalTrip operates as an authorised health tourism intermediary (USHAŞ) with a licensed travel agency partner for flights, hotels and transfers.
What happens if something goes wrong when I am home?
