Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026. DentalTrip (“we”) is a dental travel agency. We plan treatment at partner clinics in Antalya and Istanbul for patients, primarily in Ireland. We are the controller of personal data collected through this website and our consultation channels.

What we collect

When you request a free consultation you may send your name, phone number, email address, preferred treatment and city, a short message, and photos or X-rays you choose to share on WhatsApp. We also receive technical data such as pages visited if you accept analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a treatment plan reviewed by Dr. Metehan Doğan, send a written quote, arrange travel if you book, provide aftercare, and meet legal duties (including health-tourism records). The legal bases are your consent (the consultation form and WhatsApp), steps toward a contract if you book, and our legitimate interest in running a safe, accountable service.

Where it goes

Messages you send on WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp Ireland / Meta under their terms. Your clinical records are held by the treating Ministry of Health authorised clinic. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for unrelated marketing. Analytics, if you accept cookies, is processed by Google as described in our cookie policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data that does not become a patient file is kept for up to 24 months so we can resume a conversation if you return. Clinical records follow Turkish and clinic legal retention rules. You may ask us to delete enquiry data at any time where no legal duty requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may withdraw consent. Email hello@dentaltripcenter.com. You may complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland or the relevant Turkish authority.
