Who is a candidate for four, who needs six
Bone volume, bite force, gum smile and whether you grind your teeth matter more than the brochure. A CBCT scan answers this. DentalTrip can often plan from a scan taken in Ireland, or we scan you on arrival before anything is placed.
Rough rules of thumb Dr. Metehan Doğan’s team uses:
- Lower jaw, decent bone, moderate bite → All-on-4 is often enough.
- Upper jaw, softer bone, strong bite, or previous implant loss → All-on-6 is frequently the more conservative engineering.
- Extreme bone loss → grafting, zygomatic options or a different prosthesis — not a cheaper All-on-4 forced into the wrong anatomy.
If a clinic offers only one number for every mouth, they are selling a package, not a plan.

What “lifetime warranty” means on a full arch
Implant fixtures are covered for life under normal use. The zirconia bridge itself is covered against fracture for five years on DentalTrip full-arch cases, with implant fixtures remaining on lifetime terms. Annual check-ups (with us or your dentist in Ireland) keep it valid. Trauma and neglected hygiene are not covered — the same logic as a warranty at home.

Is All-on-4 cheaper because it is worse?
No. It is a different engineering choice. Four well-placed implants can support a full arch. Six can be more forgiving in the upper jaw. The CT scan decides, not the marketing name.
How long am I in Turkey for All-on-4?
Visit one is typically 3–5 days to extract remaining teeth if needed, place implants and fit fixed temporaries. Visit two, three to four months later, is 5–10 days for the final zirconia bridge.
Do I go home with no teeth?
No. You leave the first visit with fixed temporary teeth. You are not sent home in a removable denture unless that was the agreed fallback.
